Yuan, like his brother Yen, is a 6 month old male Springer, full of beans, playfullness and that joyous springer energy.

Yuan is the more confident of the two. He loves to gallop around our fields and explore through the hedges but has a good recall, always coming running back. Like his brother Yuan he is nearly always clean in his kennel overnight, walks on his harness (though more work is needed) and is always happy and smiling.

Yuan loves to interact and will make a super companion. He could live an an only dog with lots of human company or can be added to another dog as he does enjoy their company too.
We feel Juan could live with a dog savvy cat and with slightly older children (7 +). He needs a home with humans who love getting out and about on adventures and hikes so he can keep himself and his brain stimulated.

We welcomed these two gorgeous brothers, Yen and Yuan, to Heathlawn. They were previously surrendered into the care of Offaly County Council Dog Shelter and waited for us to have the space to help.
Born in early August 2024 Yuan is full of puppy energy on top of his average Springer energy, so there's a whole lot of energy in his wriggly body, believe us! But, in true Spaniel style, Yen is full of fun, love and joy too.
They are learning to walk (do springers ever walk?) on harnesses and love a game of fetch, in between the cuddles that is. He needs a home that can fulfill his springer needs of long, mucky, wet walks, hikes and adventures keeping him mentally and physically stimulated.
He is a busy, busy boy but so adorable and willing to learn and, maybe, listen?
They will not be rehomed together and will be neutered at a later date when he is old enough. He requires a fully secure garden and an indoor home.
