Moby
Moby is a young male collie boy who was found badly injured last September and
after a tricky operation he went into foster with vet Sara to recover while we looked for a home for him. When no forever home appeared we switched Moby to another foster home that we all felt was better suited to his needs while his search continued.
Moby is now living in foster in a rural area where he has plenty of space and fields to run around in. He is has the company of 4 other dogs which he gets on exceptionally well with and ignores the cats, because he isn't stupid 😅
Moby's ideal forever home would be a rural home where he can have some freedom on the fields (supervised, of course) and he thoroughly enjoys going for walks and adventures. He travels well in the car and is quiet within the home.
We also feel that Moby needs a home without young children, a home that will allow him to just be a dog, without too much fuss, but also willing to make sure he is part of the home and family. Being the collie Moby is he needs and wants to be able to live an outdoorsy life while still keeping those home comforts he also loves.
He is a super intelligent boy who is not a working dog, just a boy who enjoys nature, fun and adventures.
Moby is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.

** November 2024***
Young collie boy Moby has made a full recovery following a horrific injury before he was rescued, a couple of months ago, and is hoping for his forever home. Approximately 16/18months old, Moby is currently in foster with another dog and doing really well. He is quiet and calm in the home, fully housetrained, walks great on his lead and travels well in the car.
He would love a home with another kind dog but could also live happily as an only dog if he had human company. Moby is an intelligent boy and will bond strongly with his human like only a collie can. We feel that a home without children is best suited to Moby, at this stage of his learning journey, and a single person or couple would be just perfect.
Moby just needs a home to give him his chance of being a "forever dog", a home that enjoys the company, friendship, affection and loyalty that a collie like Moby can bring and one that will allow him to use his collie genetics to enjoy outdoor adventures and long walks with some evening comforts in front of the fire.
