Tillow
Little Tillow is still with us but has gone into a foster home where she really is lapping up her home comforts. Here is what we have learnt from Tillows foster mum and what we are hoping for in a forever home for this sweet little girl.
3 year old Tillow is fully housetrained and walks well on a lead. She travels well in the car, wears a car harness and likes to watch the world go by out of the window. Tillow is a friendly girl with all she meets, though may be a little shy for the first few minutes.
Tillow is fearful of approaching dogs and will bark at them as a deterrent but has mixed with other dogs once she feels comfortable in their company. We feel that Tillow would be quite happy as the only dog in the home. She loves company and loves to be sitting beside her human (or on them) as much as she can, so someone at home a lot would be best. Tillow also loves the human bed and tucks herself in every night, sleeping right through until morning.
Tillow loves her walks but equally loves chilling. She can bark at outside noises, no one will get past this little security guard. She loves to play and we see no reason why she cannot live with respectful children.
Tillow has not been cat tested though she has seen cats out of the car window and has shouted quite rude words at them. She is one of the sweetest, most loving little girls we have had the pleasure of knowing and we are keeping everything crossed that there is someone out there that matches her needs.

** February**
Tillow is 3 years old. She, and her sister, was surrendered into a pound due to a change in her families circumstances. Tillow is a sweet girl who has been adjusting to the sudden and abrupt change in her life. For some dogs that change can be overwhelming and frightening and we, as a team, have to work hard to convince them that it's all going to be ok.
Tillow is very much humanised and loves a cuddle and a chat but we can still see the apprehension as she tries to understand where she is now and who we are. But the best part of our job is watching her blossom and regain her confidence under our care and that's exactly what we are seeing.
Tillow will make a fab little pair of dogs for someone as she is easy going, housetrained and full of love. She would love to have humans around to keep her safe and loved.
