This lovely boy arrived to us last week a little nervous but he quickly got over that and now looks for cuddles. Weetabix, as we have named him, was bought as a Teckel (Dachshund and weighing in at 13kg he is on the bigger size of the breed!) for hunting, as this is what the breed was designed to do, but this clever boy has zero interest in chasing anything. He just wants to play and enjoy life.

Weetabix is approximately 18 months old and is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a fabulous boy who absolutely loves other dogs and we feel he would greatly benefit from an existing dog in a new home.

He has never lived in a home before or seen much of the world, hence his little bit of shyness when meeting new people, but he is definitely best friends with so many of our team now.

Weetabix walks on a lead, is clean overnight (a wee here and there) travels well and is going to make a wonderful companion. He has been around children aged 10 and up. Let's see if we can get Weetabix his 5* home in time for Christmas.
