Beret
Reserved
This little girl is lucky to be alive. She was found wandering fields outside Athenry, a couple of weeks ago, underweight, covered in fleas, scared, and quite ill. She was taken to our vets where she was monitored, had routine check ups, such as bloods and a scan of her stomach/abdomen.
Thankfully, no foreign objects or tumours showed up and everything was normal but she remained in our vets for another week while she got her appetite back. They learned that Beret needed feeding her daily food in 4 small feeds instead of 1 or 2 bigger meals and since feeding her this way Beret has been much happier and is slowly gaining back the weight she had lost.
Beret is now ready to find her forever home.
Approximately 3 years old she is a delightful little Frenchie girl who has a lot of love to give. She walks on her harness, enjoys her walks and is quiet and calm and gets on with other dogs.
Little Beret (she is small) is looking for a home where she can enjoy some well deserved home comforts and be loved for the loving girl she is. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
In compliance with DAFM legislation, the GalwaySPCA unique certificate number is GPT200022C.
