Passat

Two 4 month old pups arrived up our driveway in the boot of a car as "dumped puppies" despite the fact that we were already overwhelmed with adult dogs and 3 different litters of abandoned sick puppies. These two pups were terrified and showed all the signs of having little handling or socialisation. Pups like these are often referred to as "shed dogs" or "back yard dogs". Just starting to grow out of that first "cute" puppy stage and so are harder to sell or move on for whoever they really did belong too.

We named them Passat and Skoda and we began slowly to do our very best to transform them into happy, socialised, confident pups. This sort of transformation doesn't happen overnight. It takes dedication, work, patience, love and a lot of time from our kennel team, from just sitting in the kennel to slowly pushing on with lead training, touch, road work and encountering new things. Every spare ten mins in a working day is given as extra time to pups or adult dogs.

Passat and Skoda are a long way from the two terrified, drooling pups that arrived into our care. They are loving their walks out and about, they have made new friends and have even started learning some basic commands. This is not bad for babies who trembled and shook at the sight of us just under a month ago.

Passat is ready for her forever home. She is approximately 5 months old, probably collie x with a smaller breed (terrier maybe). Passat is the more confident of the two.

She needs a home where there is someone home all day due to her young age. She can live with another friendly, patient dog pending a successful meet and greet and there's no reason why they cannot live with respectful children, pending a successful meet and greet.

Gardens must be fully secure and indoor only homes(no sheds or garages).

Changing a life. One dog at a time ❤️❤️
