Our teeny tiny Whippet boy Midge is ready to look for his forever home. At ten months old Midge is still only a youngster. Midge has a super personality, he is sweet natured, friendly (takes a few minutes whilst he assesses you) but is then more than happy to be your bestie. He walks well on the lead, travels well in the car and is clean in his kennel. He loves a zoomie around our fields but, in true whippet style, also loves his home comforts like sofa time and lap cuddles.

Midge could live as an only dog as long as he has lots of human company throughout the day or we see no reason why he couldn't live with another kind and sociable dog pending a meet and greet. Midge has no history of living with cats or young children.

Midge is looking for a home where he can have the best of both worlds...adventures, walks and outings, as well as the home comforts he also loves. Let's see if we can find this dinky little boy his forever. A fully secure garden and an indoor only home needed as with all our rehomings.

*Introducing Midge*
Little Whippet boy Midge was surrendered into our care last week (due to a relationship breakdown) after patiently waiting over the last month for a kennel space to become available. We always prioritise the stray and abandoned dogs first that are out roaming the streets, fields and bogs. But, we were finally able to welcome Midge into our Heathlawn Family.

At only 10 months old Midge was, as expected, nervous and unsure on but we are seeing his lovable, cheeky, playful Whippety puppy emerge with each day and we are loving it.
He is just the sweetest of boys and will no doubt bring a lot of fun and joy to the right home. He walks well on his lead, is clean and loves a lap cuddle once he has got to know you a little better.

We are getting to know him ourselves right now but we don't think Midge will wait around for long once he has all his veterinary work done and been fully assessed.
