Since being found as a stray, Shambala has been loving her new life with us learning all about love, fun and feeling safe. But now it is definitely time for Shambala to hopefully find her very own forever home.

Shambala is a Lurcher but there is definitely a lot of Greyhound in there. Approximately 2/3 years old, Shambala is a super girl with a loving, playful, sunny personality. She loves people and is ready and happy to greet everyone she meets. Her tail is always wagging and she has the most beautiful smile.

Shambala has been out and about on local forest walks, tours around our local Castle but most of all loves stopping at the Coffee Shop where she behaves perfectly. Over the last couple of weeks, Shambala has been having a fun go at some obedience and agility, with one of our kennel team, and as you can see is picking it up really fast and loving the interaction and fun it brings.

Shambala will make a fun, affectionate and loyal best friend in a home with humans who have an interest in nature walks, days out, fun trips, some sofa snoozing and even some fun activities such as agility or man trailing. That would be an ideal match for our beautiful girl.

Shambala would be fine as an only dog as long as she has some human company or could live with another dog pending a meet and greet. We see no reason why Shambala cannot live with respectful children due to her loving nature.

No cats or small furries, though. She needs a fully secure garden.
