Dora
Dora, a lurcher puppy, is ready to find her forever home. Found, at approximately 5 weeks old, sitting on a busy road Dora is extremely lucky to be here to tell her tale. How she survived that day is nothing short of a miracle. Approximately 3.5 months old, and after being cared for since her arrival in a loving foster home with the wonderful Audrey, it's time for Dora to spread her wings.
A lively, adventurous, fun and, at times, a cheeky pup, Dora is looking for a home that can offer her mental and physical stimulation as she starts to explore the world. She needs someone at home with her all day due to her young age and the fact that Lurcher pups can be very nosey, usually sticking their noses into all the things they shouldn't. Dora has started her harness and lead training and is doing very well getting used to different noises and traffic that she previously knew little about. She is still toilet training and is doing well.
Dora could live with another dog, pending a successful meet and greet, but it would need to be a kind, patient and playful dog who doesn't mind some puppy madness or she would be happy as an only dog with humans around all day. Dora could live with respectful older children, again pending a meet and greet.
She is a wonderful, loving fun little girl who needs a family willing to bring her along to the next stage of her life and beyond. Dora is fully vaccinated, microchipped and will be spayed at a later date as per our adoption contract.
