Once a terrified and antisocial lady, with a deep seeded fear of people, Nebula is now a sweet, affectionate, cuddly girl, who can be a little shy, especially with those she doesn't know. Originally we had planned to home her and her sister Cosmo together but when a 5 star home offer came for Cosmo we had a difficult decision to make. Separating siblings is not something we do regularly as we promote and stand by our policy that 2 kittens is best.
2 kittens are less work, 2 kittens are better for one another but only if the bond is right and the match benefits both kittens.

Nebula and Cosmo did love one another but, as can sometimes happen, there was an imbalance in the bond. While Cosmo enjoyed her sisters company, she was still happy to meet people and do her own thing,

Nebula used her sister to hide behind and draw the attention away from her which allowed her to stay in the background, and when Nebula wanted company or needed attention, she went to Cosmo for that. So, as Cosmo, began to prefer human company and enjoy interacting the bond between sisters began to fray.

With the cattery always full beyond capacity, separating the girls in-house wasn't an option, so the decision was made that they should to the right home if it came up for either of them, we wouldn't hold them back. With Cosmos charisma and charm, it wasn't long before she won over an adopter and has now settled into her new home with not a second thought for her sister.

So now our attention turns to finding that Purrfect home for Nebula. A kind and patient home that will allow her time to settle and relax into life before expecting too much. A home that understands that the first time they meet her she may not give the best "first impression". But a home that knows that underneath the hard stare is a heart of gold.

Nebula loves other cats and could, with slow and paced introductions, live with a cat savvy dog. We feel that, at this time, a quieter home with no small children would be best.

Nebula has completed all of her vet work, and her sister Cosmo has already found her forever home - all that's left now is for Nebula to find a home to call her own!

A little shy and reserved, Nebula is seeking a quiet environment where she can feel safe and loved.

While timid at first, this lovely girl will blossom in a calm and predictable environment with patience and love. She has been spayed, micro-chipped, and vaccinated, and she needs now is her perfect forever home and loving humans to call her own!
