Our dog sanctuary is located in Co. Galway and can be visited by appointment only.
If you are interested in adopting a dog from our sanctuary, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Volunteering
Our dog sanctuary in Killimor is always full to the brim so there is always plenty to be done.
Volunteers are always needed for cleaning and for general maintenance of the grounds of the Sanctuary also. Transport is a must as we are not on any bus routes.

Dog Adoption Procedure
We suggest you view all the dogs ready for rehoming here and select a dog that you like. Complete a dog application form. Keep in mind that we have many dogs who are being assessed or are having their veterinary work completed and are not yet on our website. You can make a general application, without a dogs name, to be matched with a suitable dog. Visits to the Sanctuary are by appointment only.
All applications are read, though it may take a few days or a week depending on the volunteers workload. If we find you a suitable match, the kennel manager will be in contact with you to make an appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot reply to every application, but be assured all applications are read and considered.
