Yuri and Yara were found in a skip yard in Ballinasloe weighed only 300g each. It took a while to get them on the right track and to meet their milestones for vet work.
Yara seemed to lag behind, then once she would catch up Yuri would start to lag,
but finally last month they were both ready to start the search. At no point did we feel that these girls should be separated as their bond was so strong and they relied on one another for everything.
The application came in for a single cat but we just felt that this was too good a match not to put them forward and so we did. Thankfully, the family felt the same and after 6 months in our care the girls, now Mina and Lynch have gone home.
