Hastings

Poor Hastings had a rough start in life.

He and his brother, Poirot, were found abandoned beside the bottle banks in Tuam.

Thankfully, a kind hearted lady took them in and kept them safe until we were able to make space for them in our care.

From the moment they arrived, the boys just couldn't see eye to eye. They spent much of their time squabbling. We tried everything to help them bond, including giving them time after neutering to settle down but sometimes personalities simply don't match!

With their best interests at heart, we made the difficult decision to look for separate homes where each could truly thrive. Finding the right home for the boys has taken almost a year, but good things are worth waiting for.

We're delighted to share that Hastings has finally found his forever family!

Even better, he now has two lovely female companions to keep him company.

While it will take some time for everyone to fully settle in, the first photos of Hastings with his new ladies are incredibly promising, and we're so excited to watch their friendship blossom.

We couldn't be happier for this sweet boy, who has waited so patiently for his chance at a happy ending!

We hope Poirot won't be waiting much longer for his.
