We were at PetWorld, Briarhill for a meet and greet. Thanks to manager, Richard, and his lovely team, our human, canine and feline representatives were very warmly welcomed and had a lovely day saying hello to everyone who dropped by.
Our kennel dogs Thiago, the Saluki, and Pipkins, the Yorkie x, had the best afternoon being cuddled and fussed. They also did a little bit of "treat shopping" (without being invited) and were the best behaved pair proving why Rescue Dogs are truly deserving of second chances. Pipkins even got himself a little trim thanks to resident groomer Julia.
Kitten siblings, Brick and Block, were also delighted to be on a day out and loved all the new smells. Another kitten sibling litter Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten joined them and spent their time playing and lapping up lots of attention. All were on their very best behaviour.
Ex GSPCA duo Chorus, the Saluki, and Baihu, the cat, also did their bit for rescue animals and at this stage are true professionals.
Thanks to our team today Victoria, Tara and Maddy for bringing and caring for our dogs and cats today and also manning our stall. A final thanks to those who popped along to say hi.
