Cheese
ReservedCheese was straying for a month and running terrified around estates before she was caught and taken to the City Pound. We collected her just before Christmas. She is approximately 7 months old, a mixed breed (possibly Beagle x)
She is a super sweet, super friendly, very affectionate, loving girl who walks well on a harness. She will make a great family pet and gets on well with other dogs. She has turned her life around, having gone from being a terrified stray to loving people and gives a great welcome to everyone that she meets. As she is still young she needs someone at home most of the time. She has not been cat tested but can be, if her perfect match needs her to be.
Cheese would love a home with another playful, friendly dog as she loves socialising or a home with someone home most of the day due to her young age and love of people. A home that likes walking and, even better, loves weekend adventures, hikes and getting out and about. Equally as important are those cuddly sofa nights. We see no reason why Cheese cannot live with respectful children pending a meet and greet. After her sad start in life Cheese deserves to live life to the fullest.
As per our adoption contract she will need to be spayed when she reaches the appropriate age.
In compliance with DAFM legislation, the GalwaySPCA unique certificate number is GPT200022C.
